Produced by La Spaziale, based on the sturdy Vivaldi II commercial espresso machine platform. It’s a dual boiler, direct plumb espresso machine with a rotary pump and a saturated group head design. It also features volumetric shot dosing, programmable pre-infusion, as well as an optional shot timer. It also comes equipped with Bluetooth connectivity to sync with the S1 Timer App available on Apple App Store to program automatic machine heat up and cool down by date and time.
